SUBJECT:  PROPOSAL TO CONDUCT A HEALTH  AND WELLNESS 3-DAY SEMINAR WORKSHOP  ON DECEMBER 11-12-13, 2017 FOR  GENDER DEVELOPMENT AND DISASTER PREPAREDNESS

Submitted is a proposal to conduct a Health and Wellness 3-day seminar workshop from December  11 to 13, 2017 for Gender Development and Disaster Preparedness.

This seminar –workshop intends to cover the following areas:

1. Practices in the development of body through movements, mental concentration and breathing techniques
2. Brief discussion of the system of food preparation including breadfruit which serve to improve body metabolism and promote health improvement and sustainability, vegetarian eating habits.
3. Introduction of the Manual on Heath and Wellness the Natural Way through exercise 60 ,ore or less with fundamentals of Tetada Kalimasada and eskrida.

Resource persons:

1. Archt Warlito Lim, Pelatih Nacional, Tetada Indonesia Kalimasada and Vegetarian of the Hare Krsna group

2. Dr. Silvano B. Maranga, author, President /CEO of Action for Skills Knowledge Education and Wellness Center Corp. and a retired TESDA Regional Director and signatory to the CVRAA.

 This 3-day seminar workshop is a module or course of study as part of the TESDA Registered  course on the Application of Science and Technology to Natural Farming and Organic Agriculture Systems. It is a short and comprehensive component of the training program which covers a total of 500 hours. It is also part of a document as approved by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.

Recommended project amount is        covering the cost of travel of the resource persons, per diem and honoraria. Check payable to Action for Skills Knowledge Education and Wellness Center or ASKEDWELL and an official receipt will be issued.

Attached is a copy of the Certificates of Good Standing from DOST, TESDA and Securities and Exchange Commission region 7

As this seminar workshop is based on the modules of competencies of the TESDA Registered Course, a certificate will be issued to participants who can comply with the 24 hours seminar –workshop
