KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

            The undersigned incorporators, all of legal age and majority of whom are residents of the Philippines, have this day voluntarily agreed to form a non-stock and non-profit association under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

THAT WE HEREBY CERTIFY :

            FIRST:  The name of the said association shall be:

UNIVERSAL CHURCH ON THE SPIRITUAL APPARITION

FOR THE RE-AWAKENING OF HOPE (UNIVERSAL CHURCH OF SARAH)

            SECOND:       A.   That the purpose or purposes for which such association is incorporated.

1.     To provide, conduct and facilitate basic, common and core competencies relating to Technical Vocational Education andTraining (TVET) for individuals and organizations;

                      

2.     To provide opportunities for research and development on methods of mental, physical and spiritual aspects of human life using science and technology in a community-based environment;

3.     To provide opportunities for decent work  through Competency-based Training, Work-based Learning, e Learning or Computer- based Instructions, Distance Education and Entrepreneurship Development Program .

4.     To implement an Entrepreneurial (Business) Incubation Program for training of community in  Entrepreneurship program of the government through trade and industry;

5.     To accept subsidies, grants, scholarships, counterpart funds and fees related to the conduct of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and Skills Assessment, Technology transfer on science and technology, social work , self-employment and mental and spiritual development;

6.     To enter into partnership agreements with legitimate organizations, Government and Non-government, juridical entities to jointly conduct Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) , business in trade and industry, social welfare development agencies, organizations in decent work, community enterprise  and social development;

7.     To implement social corporate responsibility programs through Community based Training and Enterprise Development Programs, research and development on human behavior, spiritual and mental development through meditations, such as yoga, tetada kalimasada, eskrida as expression for health and wellness the natural way;

8.     To Conduct  All the Purposes listed in herein, anywhere in the Philippines based on the existing laws, rules and regulations, policies based on the bible and moral laws of the land;

9.     To perform all other activities that will redound to the best interest of the members within the bounds of law.
