This Organizational Chart of Action for Skills Knowledge Education and Wellness Center ASKEDWELL CENTER is based on the principle of Community Empowerment through Science and Technology.. The organizational lines are dotted indicating coordination as the mode of management transfer of information. This is expected to encourage a more mature community action where adult- learning modality and peer- learning approaches of technical education becomes part of the development of a community enterprise.
There are also volunteer coordinators that are undergoing training and screening.
1. Darwin Pescadero - trained in the processing of kolo and making research on methods and materials for above-ground fish pond with ferro-cement and other waste materials
2. Ana Lord B. Lagrimas - spent childhood days in Siquijor and learning to coordinate with the marginalized communities under the program on the Application of Science and Technology to Natural Farming and Organic Agriculture Systems
